Jeff Sinden and Joe Kennedy started SRS in 1987 in a small garage on Gasoline Alley. "Jeff and Joe" as they are commonly known in the industry, met while working at Cotter Racing in the mid '80's. Prior to that they worked individually with many different race teams and drivers. Throughout their early years of racing they experienced the ups and downs of some of the largest teams, working with Hemelgarn Racing, Galles Racingand Team Cotter. Jeff and

ranks working with legendary drivers Al Unser, Johnny Rutherford, Tom Sneva and Gary Bettenhausen. While at Team Cotter, Jeff and Joe played an integral role in Roberto Guerro's second, third, and fourth place finishes in the Indianapolis 500. In 1987, Jeff and Joe went out on their own and started Sinden Racing Service.
In 2000, Jeff and Joe added two new divisions and a partner. Scott Jasek a former executive with Budget Car and Truck Rental joined SRS and started "The Indy Racing Experience" Two-Seat Indy Car division and "Indy Racing on the Road" show car division.
